Method
- Cut pork into bite sized pieces. Chop onion.
- Heat oil in pan. Add onion, saute until it starts to soften. Add pork, saute a few minutes.
- Add broth. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add roux cubeStir until cube dissolved, then simmer, stirring occasionally, a few minutes to thicken broth.
- Serve at once.
