Instructions
Cut pork into bite sized pieces. Chop onion.
Heat oil in pan. Add onion, saute until it starts to soften. Add pork, saute a few minutes.
Add broth. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add
roux cube
Stir until cube dissolved, then simmer, stirring occasionally, a few minutes to thicken broth.
Serve at once.
