Quick Chili

Ingredients
  

  • oil for pan
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 t Chipotle or other pure chili powder or to taste
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1/2 t garlic chili sauce
  • 1/4 - 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3 c cooked pinto beans
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 t dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Saute onion in oil until soft. Add seasonings, stir, cook until heated through.
  2. Add meat, breaking it up in little bits. Brown thoroughly.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, and oregano.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes (or more, if desired.)
