Pork Roast

Ingredients
  

  • pork loin roast from 2-5 pounds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a roasting pan.
  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes per pound, until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145.
  4. Remove from oven. Let rest about 5 minutes.
