Little Bear's Gluten Free Porridge

Little Bear's Gluten Free Porridge - a gluten free hot cereal, without oats, nether dry nor bland, but creamy, flavorful, and just right.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c millet
  • 2 c coarse corn for polenta or grits
  • 1 c teff

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients, and stir well. Store in a sealed container.
  2. To make cereal - stir 1 quarter cup porridge mixture into 1 cup water per serving. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and stir.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so. After 15 minutes, remove from heat and cover - let rest for five minutes before serving
