Braised Pork Chops

Cook Time 35 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless loin pork chops about 4 oz each
  • olive oil for pan
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes in puree

Method
 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add pork chops, turn after 2 minutes, to brown both sides.
  2. After 1 minute on the second side, add the tomatoes. Bring heat to low, let simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Turn chop over, Let simmer another 15 minutes on the second side.
