Pecan Crusted Baked Pork Chops

- 1 boneless loin pork chop 4-5 oz. each, per person
- 1/4 c pecans for every two chops.
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
Trim chops, removing the thick fat around the edge.
Use a mini-chop or food processor to chop pecans until they resemble bread crumbs. Several pulses usually works best.
Place chopped pecans on a plate, stir in salt and pepper. Dip chops in the pecans, coating each side.
Place chops (on a rack, if possible) in a baking pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until done.
