Method
- Trim and wash the cauliflower.
- Heat oil in a saute pan that has a lid. Add the garam masala, and stir to blend well, and then heat the spice a moment to release flavor.
- Add cauliflower to the pan, and stir well to coat with the spice mixture.
- Add broth or water, and immediately cover the pan. Lower the heat under it, and cook, covered for five minutes.
- Check to see if it is done to your taste, if not, give it a few minutes more. Serve at once.
Notes
A dollop of Greek yogurt on the side adds a note of creamy luxury.
