- Preheat oven to 425.
- Beat the egg in a bowl. Add milk,and beat it in.
- Add [corn muffin mix|http://www.inhabitedkitchen.com/homemade-corn-muffin-mix/} and stir it in well.
- Pour batter into greased 6 muffin tin. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
- Let rest in pan for 5 minutes before removing, to make them easier to remove.
