Carrot Kohlrabi Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium kohlrabi or half a large one
  • 4 T olive oil or to taste
  • 2 T wine vinegar
  • 1/2 t salt

Instructions
 

  • Scrub, trim, and grate carrot. Peel, trim, and grate kohlrabi.
  • Toss vegetables together in bowl. Toss with oil, vinegar, and salt.
  • Chill before serving.
