I’ve been busy… I’ve had a birthday, and Thanksgiving, and crazy weather making me miserable, and… I kept getting to Wednesday and realizing that, for good reasons or bad ones, I hadn’t taken any pictures of my meals.

We’re all winding down a bit from Thanksgiving. We’ve done the Feast. It was rich and meaty, there was gravy and whipped cream, we had another day or two of leftovers (with gravy and cream) and – it’s time for something simpler and less rich.

So here in the USA, it is Thanksgiving weekend – which means we have turkey leftovers… and, well, don’t really feel like cooking, much, somehow. My planning ahead and pre-preparation was hurt a bit this year by a very bad migraine week leading up to
